Studio Policy

To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please arrive on time! Please avoid arriving more than 15 minutes late, as doing so might require rescheduling or cancellation with a forfeited deposit. In order to maintain a focused environment for your procedure, please you refrain from bringing guests or pets. If you don't see your preferred date and time available online, please send me a DM and I’ll be happy to add you to a waitlist.

For touch-up appointments, it's your responsibility to book in advance to ensure availability. Please plan accordingly.

To secure your desired appointment time for a new service, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required when booking online. This deposit is credited towards the total cost of your service, which will be due in full on the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and canceling your appointment for any reason will result in forfeiting the deposit. Please consider your schedule carefully before booking.

Payment for your service is due in full on the day of your appointment. Accepted forms of payments include major credit cards, cash, zelle, and apple pay.

If you need to reschedule, kindly do so within 7 days of your appointment. To ensure everyone has the opportunity for an appointment, please note that rescheduling can only be done once per appointment before your deposit is forfeited. Please plan accordingly.

If you have previous permanent brow work, securing approval with me beforehand is crucial. Please text a clear photo of your brows to (619)363-2603 or email info@celinesbeautystudio.com. This helps me assess the situation and determine if your brows are suitable for your requested services. Please note that not all previous work done by other artists can be fixed or covered.

For your health and safety, certain beauty services are not recommended for clients who are/have existing conditions. If you are considering a session with me, please review my list of disqualifications. Not doing so, may result in a refusal of service and your deposit will be forfeited.

Prices and policies are subject to change at any time. Services provided cannot be refunded. Therefore it is important that clients understand and accept this policy when consenting to be treated. We have the right to refuse or fire a client for any reason regardless of them being able to receive a follow up/touch up appointment. This will not result in a refund.

All results may vary depending on skin type, age, sun exposure, scarring, diet, stress levels, facial products used, etc. These factors all play a key role in your results, which is why it is important to know that more than one touch up may be required. We are not liable to any changes wanting to be made to micro-pigmentation once the final decision has been approved during consultation. Please thoroughly review the drawn shape prior to starting the procedure. We are open to feedback during the consultation part of the process during the appointment.

All photos and videos taken during the appointment will be used for social media and marketing purposes only.
